No room service. no nearby hotel. hotel shown spacious rooms. but actually it is not so. no tv or cable connection. even after repeated request, could not arrange even i three nights stay. very horrible.

Pathetic rooms and service. rooms were stinking with cigarette smell, there were cockroaches in bathrooms, spider web everywhere, dirty blankets and bedsheets. i had worst experience till now with rooms is this one. there is only one receptionist who wont help you in any way. do not opt for this option.

One of the worst place i've visited ever. i'm amazed why reputed apps and renown websites are keeping such pathetic facility on their list. we booked seeing the extension name, fabexpress (fab hotels) which carry trust of thousands of users. but, this hotel carried disastrous experience for me. tv remote was asked, but not provided. for booking of double room, they(actually him, as there was a single person in all roles, like manager, accountant, housekeeping, porter, cook and watchman) provided single towel. i had to ask for another towel, which arrived after one hour. no soap/shampoo. even drinking water had to be asked, which he provided in unhygienic pot/jug. totally dissatisfied.

Then they said they have the room but will give in 30 mins. after 2 hrs at 9:50pm, they said room is available, i checked in the hotel is pathetic in all possible aspects i reached the place at 7:50pm they took 2 hrs to arrange the room. waiting for 2 hrs in the night time was hossible , little did i know it was just the start of what turns to be a horrible experience the room was not clean the linen, bedsheet, walls were not clean , i had to use my own blanket while sleeping the bathroom window makes you feel like you are in a worst possible hotel , its rusty and cigarettes are there smelling really bad the ac temperature is default about 23-24 degrees, you can't change it using remote i kept temp at 31 degrees still the room is too cold , i thought will stick with fan and the fan is making a creeking sound all night , i had to sleep without fan and ac there was no proper sleep at all. there is no network coverage , you can't make voice calls the room had no keys. hotel room with no keys? i had never seen this.

Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. same was provided promptly without any extra charge. good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian

Rooms are quiet neat and clean. staff were very easy to talk and friendly. calm environment because of location of the hotel although tourist attraction is little far but it is manageable. it is solid yes from my side.
