FabHotel Casa Grand Inn

Originally, being from outside telangana, my family and i booked a three-day stay at a fab casa grande inn hotel in hyderabad through an fab app for my visa embassy appointment. our previous experiences with fab hotels in other cities had been great, and we thought it would be a budget-friendly option near the consulate. however, upon arrival, it was quite unpleasant. the room appeared unclean with multiple paan spittings, with cockroaches and bugs scurrying about, and there was a noticeable bad smell. naturally, we requested a room change, hoping for something better. unfortunately, the changed room turned out to be even worse than the first. bed spring was broken, window was facing the corridor near the elevator, window screens were small offering zero privacy. unsure why fab has such hotels under their brand. even worst was the fab hotels customer service, they pick calls only for booking and for cancellation/refund, they made us circle around. finally, though a budget friendly option in the vicinity of us consulate, unless you are travelling alone and can adjust anything, book here. if not, stay out of this place.

Don’t be fooled by the positive reviews—this was one of the worst places we've ever stayed. it's not even a proper hotel; it feels more like a lodge. the room smelled bad, the sheets and toilet were dirty, and there were bugs flying around. we requested a room change, but to our surprise, the new room was even worse than the first. don’t be misled by the pictures of the exterior—they're completely deceiving

The rooms are great, the internet is good, the bed is super comfy!

The hotel is beautifully located on the main street. rooms are super clean and staff is very well behaved. the hotel is absolutely worth staying.

Disappointing stay — not worth it even for the location stayed here for proximity to the us consulate, but the experience was poor. • cleanliness: the bathroom and bedding were visibly dirty. the toilet had stains, and the shower barely worked. • wi-fi: extremely slow (0.28 mbps download / 0.12 upload). when i showed this to the manager, he insisted it was fine and said “his servers were okay.” • service: asked for cutlery, got plates. paid for breakfast, never got it. • value: while the rate was under ₹1800, basic hygiene and functioning amenities should be expected at any price point. would not recommend — look elsewhere, even if you’re staying for just a night.

It's a great hotel in gachibowli area. if you are visiting to us consulate hyderabad, q-city or any corporate near nanakramguda area this hotel is very nearby. the hotel is clean. they dont serve food, but there are plenty of street food, small food joints, restaurants nearby open even till 11pm. the staff is very help, calm and courteous. dont expect any fancy facilities, its a budget hotel. there is some place available for two to three car parking.
