It was horrible the bedsheets were so dirty, the bathroom had no hot water, there were no helpers, we had to carry out own luggage and on top of that we were told in the middle of the night to shift hotels what kind of hotel would do that?? we didn't even get our breakfast on time and neither was their cooking any special. we only got two breads and two chai to eat for breakfast. in the middle of the night we had to go hunt for a hotel and we did not get any refund. the hotel was in a horrible conditio. i suggest u never visit this place unless ur adventurous want to experience class 0 hotels.

Very experience no waiter no room service nothing to say good

Bad maintenance. rooms and property full of dampness. worse food (with potential to give food poisoning). you can book this property for a wildlife adventure with rats, lizards, honey bees and mosquitoes.

Complete lack of staff responsiveness: throughout my stay, it was nearly impossible to locate any staff members for assistance or even basic inquiries. appalling hygiene standards: the room i was assigned was infested with mosquitoes, making it impossible to get a decent night's sleep. furthermore, the overall cleanliness of the room and facilities was abysmal. substandard service and amenities: the level of service provided was shockingly poor. requests for assistance went unanswered, and the quality of amenities, particularly the blankets provided, was utterly unacceptable. breakfast disaster: the breakfast provided was a disgrace,they don’t that they have to ready the bkfast and they have only option aloo ka parantha, quality issues,for 12 member they are giving 7 paranthas with no curd. our bkfast was included but still they have no idea,we left the hotel without eating and request for refund on immediate basis. the complete disregard for basic standards of hospitality exhibited, is utterly unacceptable. i expected a level of service and comfort commensurate with the reputation purported by your establishment. i demand immediate action to rectify these egregious issues and restore confidence in your hotel. i expect a prompt response outlining the steps that will be taken to address these concerns and prevent similar experiences for future guests.

Pathetic experience. the price wasn’t confirmed with the hotel by the fabhotel team and we had to wait very long for that. the room were in pathetic conditions and the toilet was very dirty. no water service was available only bottled water bottles. the service was also very slow.

Very well maintained hotel and rooms. all the staff were very friendly and courteous. we arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. this was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.
