3 GoodI had recently booked a 2 day stay at the hotel through fab hotels and i figured this was a case of "over promise and under deliver". to give the benefit of the doubt, maybe rest of the rooms are nicer and we ended up in a bad one. the room i had stayed in could use a deep clean and a fresh paint, the walls were damp, there was dust collected on corners of the bed and to make it all worse there were mice trying to climb the bed at night and rattle through leftover food. the food was decent but now i doubt the hygiene that goes in the preparation because of the mice. the room service except for meal orders was poor, either they'd forget the requested item entirely or bring you some acceptable version of it. we had to remind them several times after requesting for water bottles and some of them were unsealed and re filled.Haritima Maurya, 19 May
