4 Very GoodI stayed in this hotel during the month of april (peak season) and i do have mixed feelings in this hotel. 1. rooms are neat and tidy and as a guest we did have all our requests fulfilled. 2. accommodation facilities to support people during our stay can be improved. 3. they do have a restaurant inside a hotel and a wide variety of restaurants are available in walking distance 4. you can request a room with a view and the view is spectacular.Sankar Raman (shanky), 17 May

1 AverageI recently stayed at abirami hotel and unfortunately, the service did not meet expectations. there was a significant delay in response from the staff, and requests were either ignored or could have handled with little urgency. basic hospitality and attentiveness were lacking, which affected the overall experience. i hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving service standards for future guests.Sudheesh Nair, 8 May

1 AverageHorrible experience with family!!! booked 2 suites with 5 adults, 3 children. i have confirmation from agoda for the same. but hotel didn't give extra cot and breakfast for 3 children. they said children details not updated in our system. you go and speak to agoda. the guy in front desk was not ready to see agoda confirmation. very rude behavior as well. will never recommend to anyone. paid 6k while check-in. the same front desk guy fought with me next day that i paid only 3.5k. then i shown all proof for 6k. phew! horrible stay!Balasubramanian M, 31 Mar
