Booked the hotel through hotels.com. paid full money. when my parents reached 10pm in the night to checkin they said they don’t have a room and have not received reservation from hotels.com. they even said they are not part of fab hotels. pathetic behavior and they asked 70 year old senior citizens to leave the premises. after calling hotels.com customer care they also could not reach the property. stay away from booking this hotel.

Dirty pillows. new build up still not ready for renting out. but the boys are doing well to make it up.

Very poor experience. staff was very unprofessional and the hotel is shady. i stayed with my parents and family. would not recommend for family. the staff was very rude and did not cater to guest requirements. safety is a big issue.

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

Very friendly staff, proactive and helpfull. i am talking here about all the staff i interacted with: reception desk, restaurant, romm service. the informations receied were always correct and i felt safe. the room was comfortable and clean. great value for the money.
