3 GoodNothing to dream about this dream plaza. though a good spot near biswas bangla, this place needs management and discipline. the place is not maintained properly, you will not be able to walk barefoot inside the room, it's full of dust and sand. furniture and plugins are in a bad shape. the staff with food came directly inside the room, without asking properly. the toilet window was broken. at last, there are several decent options at lower this price range around the zone.Rohan Mondal, 21 May

3 GoodRoom was ok not as per pics shown online. service was also ok. i had to ask for each stuff towel ,dental kit ,bottle although they said we dnt provide dental kit which is basic stuff provided by every hotel. after asking for towel. only one towel was provided reason being given the dnt have enough towel as of now. had to order food from their restaurant which was ok. they need lot of improvement.Mani U, 24 May

2 AverageBooked from 17/4 - 19/4/25. internet, tv & intercom was not operational due to some construction work in the premises - absolutely unacceptable. was given an unclean room while checking in. had to ask for towels, which were not changed next day. a decent (but cheap) soap could be provided like every other hotel ! booking included breakfast but was told that “non veg” dish (omelette) is not part of included breakfast and we had to pay separately for that !! raju helped to provide some prompt services. bed sheet under the blanket was having a whole. overall experience could be much better by providing thoughtful services without spending more money. *will not refer to others in future.*Sovik Bromha, 20 Apr
