2 AverageThe room was extremely dirty; full of cobwebs, someone had cut their nail on the headboard and it was still there; dusty, dirty chairs and windows. the washroom's jet spray barely worked, towel had huge horrible stains all over. the toilet was uncleaned and yellow stained like a public toilet. the ac remote did not work, there was no tv or phone to call reception. no packeged water was provided. after asking for water, two unsealed bottles were given.Deepak, 3 Mar

1 AverageOne of the worst experience because expected a better place and service. first room was full of fungus and unflushed toilet. then they offered a slightly better room with plastic wires as door handles. i don't understand why they are running this hotel. full payment has to be done before as booked via fabhotel. fabhotel is another scam. they didn't pick my call after i checked in.Runcie Paul, 10 Feb

0.5 AverageWhat was good-not a single thing was there to like service was poor management was also horrible staff are all dummies no cleaning of room nt provide water we have to ask several time for any service if dinner is finally cm to ur room there is no extra salt and a single chilli they provide... if u are asking for this u have to wait for two hrs so service is very horrible outside food is also nt allowed menu card of this hotel is useless... what was bad- we r staying fr 9 days. but the including brkfast was pathetic.. only 2 simple paratha wth small bowl of boil potato vegei... no menu for breakfast if we are asking fr one more paratha they didn't give us... this was soo disgusting behavior of hotel management... and service was very poor dnt go for this hotel....Morrya , 30 Jan

2 AverageThough this is hotel but similar to guest house. need to improve hospitality to say is hotel. -some of small amenities would expected to available and without encoring cost to room. 1. there should be time piece or wall clock available into room. that will value add to guest to set alarm clock or timing check. 2. there should be table and chair facilitating to guest if they have some work to do or any business work. even for breakfast, there not such place to engage. 3. there should be table lamp for work prospective. 4. cleaning of room should be proper. i found not clean floor even stay of 04 days. many insects and ants lying died over floor even identified to service person.Santosh Yadav, 26 Jul
