Decent stay... value for money... room was okay.. location wasn't great as the approach road was narrow. near park street yet so far. didn't expect much from service but people were generally nice.. mostly ate in park street.

Most of these comments are fake! that's the true : 1. service here is terrible, the worst! 2. staff is the worst from all negative, totally not helpful - u need to request few times for same topic for the things u pay!!! 3. 1700inr for hotel with huge amount of cockroaches? i killed there minimum 30 of them in three nights 4. i changed 4 times rooms wasting lots of time because of lies from reception that in other rooms is better situation 5. when i arrived they didn't have my booking, i had to wait 30 min for check in because the guy couldn't find my booking and in the end they delete my booking and because of that i can not give reference - smart 6. dont take breakfast! u gonna thank me 7. don't expect any quiet there

Rooms are quite good and staffs are quite helpful. cleanliness is also maintained. very close to park street, walking distance, 10 mins walk. overall it is highly recommended.

Very bad experience with hotel management. they force customers to shift to a smaller room after allocation of a bigger room for charging more money than the booking amount.
