Third class facility. the owner comes only to grab money. even he tells beforehand the clients not to pay to the booking agency eg booking.com. only one room care taker who seems to be a crimminal hankering after money. washrooms are tooo dam dirty. dirfy beds, no cleanliness staff. you have to beg them for cleaning your rooms dat too digesting their attitude. manager cannot even arrange food for the guests. over all third class worst exoerience.

The room was full of small cockroaches and water leakage in the bathroom from the shower, water leakage from hand push.

Room location is good. 3 min from metro station salt lake sector v. maximum room have no balcony. room locking system is very poor. tv not working telephone out of service. food quality very bad. staff behaviour good. furnitures are very dirty, chair is broken. rooms are ok but light and air (outside) is not available.

The staff were literally walking around in their boxers throughout , no real interest in helping me in checking in and cribbing at first saying all their rooms are full . i would be a bit averse from going to this place again. the sheets also stank and were not washed

Room was good as per the price. near sector v metro station. the food was great. service is good. we stayed for one night. the only con is there is no lift and our room was on the 3rd floor. so yeah, we had to use the stair every time (good workout i guess).
