1 AverageI guess the hotel could be places inside a slum, but the difference wouldn't be great. the room was mouldy, the mattress was mouldy, the pillows were mouldy, there was a hole in the ceiling leaking water, the bathroom doesn't drain the water from the shower, and all the fittings were rusted. the window was facing the alley which meant that it only let sound in and was no other use for it. the headboard was "repaired" with packing tape.Karl Gripenhov, 27 Jan

5 FabulousNice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, i've been here for a week while getting surgery and everybody has been very accommodating and understanding. the people saying there is no ac or hot water must not realise you have to flip the switch to turn it on. everything in my room worked great, good ac and a strong fan also. i think for the price its awesome. thanks for having meKaleb Keppell, 19 Jan

1 AverageIt was a very poor experience and i regret booking the hotel. leakage and water seepage in the room leading to very stuffy room and a smell and it was suffocating due to that. the rooms are too stuffy with no ventilation- the window is towards the passage obviously can't be kept open with all the noise in the passage and other neighboring rooms and the ac and fan are not good enough to take care of such stuff. i decided to check out due to this and sent photos of the seepage on email to fab hotels but despite that got a standard response that refund of balance due to earlier checkout will not be provided. such experience and response from fab hotels will definitely not help in long run and i have regular travels and will definitely not book or recommend after such experience.Iyer Sri, 3 Jan

2 AverageI had booked the room for 2 people on 16th jan.'19 for 24th jan. and got the confirmation also. we had made advance payment in full. on 23rd afternoon, the day i have to travel to mumbai, i got a call informing that the hotel is under maintenance and our booking is moved to an "upgraded hotel" fabhotel amour. i asked them about early checkin, to which the executive answered in the affirmative without any extra cost if the room is available and possible checkin time was also conveyed to him as 7 am. when we reached the "upgraded hotel", the man at the counter asked as to wait and he sat at the counter and not bother to inform us anything further. after sometime of waiting, when we asked him about room, he asked as to pay rs. 900/- for early checkin (even when the rooms were available). when i informed about the conversation with executive who had called me to confirm the up-gradation, he asked me to call the customer care no. and when customer care executive intervened, he brought down the early checkin rate to rs.700/-. we then went to another hotel, where some of our friends were put-up, to get fresh. in the evening when we checked-in, there was some other person at the counter. when we asked about the early check-in policy, to our utter shock he tells us that the rate is rs.1000/-. i just want to know the actual policy of the hotel for early check-ins. when over the phone you say there is no charge and then harass the guest and loot them when they arrive. this was a disgusting experience. i would advise other guests to be careful while booking fab hotels.Mani Joseph, 27 Jan
