Need to improve service, the tv set up box is not working, after complaining he came after 30 min and still it won’t work. would not recommend this hotel to anyone. staff behaviour is the worst. hospitality is o. i would stay in the waiting room of the railway rather than this accommodation. the glasses were smelling. there’s no amenities in room. no telecoms for housekeeping and room service. need to call on cell phone every time.

Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. same was provided promptly without any extra charge. good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.
