1 AverageI had the misfortune of experiencing the worst stay ever. the service was non-existent, and there were several issues with hot water. to make matters worse, i found cockroaches roaming on my bed. the staff's behavior was utterly unacceptable. the only redeeming quality was the hotel's proximity to ram kund and other nearby attractions. unfortunately, that was not enough to compensate for the subpar experience. the person in charge in the morning (whose name i couldn't recall) was particularly unhelpful and unfriendly. overall, a disappointing and frustrating stay. i won't visit here againYashika Anandani, 16 Aug
