1 AverageI had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. the room was in an absolutely filthy condition – the bedsheets had visible dirt spots, the washroom was unclean and had a foul smell, and the window panes were covered in dust and there were disgusting tobacco spit stains which shows a complete lack of hygiene and maintenance. this kind of cleanliness is unacceptable for any guest. i would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a decent and hygienic stay. definitely not worth the price or the discomfort.Nirmiti Bhalekar, 18 May

4 Very GoodService of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.Aman Dahiya, 22 Apr
