Absolutely terrible experience. un cooperative staff. poor hygiene conditions. i asked for cutlery and the brought me unclean plates. had to go to the main desk to get anything done after calling the reception twice. location is also shady. do not recommend staying here at all.

Absolute nightmare of a hotel. was shifted to this property having made advance payment for the saket property. was made to pay on arrival for 2 nights. left the very next morning. how can they even call it a hotel. please avoid at all costs+

It was really disappointing experience.... staying here. when we reached bedsheets and pillow covers etc were not changed/clean. there wasn't any slippers ...not even for bathroom. water bottles with broken seal which they claim to be ro water. a lot can be/ need to be improved! starting from hygiene. and if you are thinking of ordering something online..... online services (most of them) aren't available in this area. outside foods aren't allowed. . . i personally didn't have good experience at this hotel.

Hotel staff was too rude. the receptionist was being rude. the room was booked with fab for the next day but after that he did not give the room. he was knocking on the door every two minutes even though it was only 10 o'clock.
