First when i checked in they asked me extra charges then they gave me a room where no ac was working the fan was also not working they have no bookings in their rooms but i have toh wait 3 hours in that room and then they shifted me toh another room which was so dirty the floor tiles were broken , fan was making so horrible noise cant sleep whole night overall it was a horrible stay

A scam run by fab hotel and the hotel owner. they overcharged us an additional ₹450 over the pre-agreed rate. we had already paid a 30% non-refundable booking amount upfront, but upon arrival, the hotel owner levied additional charges. fab hotel was unresponsive to my calls during check-in. later, during their feedback call, they showed no remorse, and ultimately, no action was taken to resolve the issue.
