FabHotel Anutham

Worst experience i make advance payment done of 630 rs but when i checkin they not confirm at hotel and i paid extra payment of rs. 630 at fab hotel anutham, saket at the time of checkin i included the breakfast but they not included the breakfast please do not book from fab hotel this is the fake hotel website, my experience was worst rooms was not good in the room ac was not working i told manager but they all time sir ac doing well in some time

This is an aboslutely terrible hotel with a dishonest front office manager called himanshu (not a fabhotels employee). i booked the hotel via the fab hotels reservation team, fabhotels sent me an email requesting an advance payment of 1922 rs. after the payment was made i went to the hotel where himanshu told me he would not honour the booking because fabhotels had made it a lower tarriff than they had agreed. i told him that i had no idea about the agreement between the hotel and fabhotels and that since the hotel is branded and sold as a fabhotels it should honour the price at which fabhotels sold the room to me. he didnt agree and turned me away from the hotel with all my bags and baggage, i had to book another hotel and stay there. fabhotels has still not refunded my money as they at first insisted that i checked in and then after that when i spoke to their customer care they say it was a no show. their story keeps changing but they refuse to acknowledge that the hotel did not honour the booking and refund my money. i even shared the receipt of payment from the other hotel at which i stayed that night but they still wont accept their mistake. dishonest and unprofessional. please dont stay here.

Most horrible stay ever! i would give 0 star to this hotel because the basic facilities like ac, tv , clean bedsheet, hot and cold water ect where missing or not working. - ac was set 19 and could not be changed as it was broken. - bedsheet had cigerette burn holes - only hot water and no pressure for cold water, so i had to wait 10min for a small bucket to fill. - food service was even worst. they charged me 800 approx for a shity meal. we did eat it and had to go out to eat - very bad service overall
