This place was terrible, i stayed here in january, they made us wait for 2 hrs for check in,, that's pathetic. now, comes hotel staffs,, the lady at reception that day was horrible, she lacks knowledge and hospitality attitude. i had booked the room from the hotel's official website, even then she was asking to pay.. the room was stingy, the washroom was not even clean, pillows and sheets were stained, and the blanket had foul smell. now the worst experience was on the morning of check out.. the receptionist called for check out at 10am. upon asking for a slight delayed check out, she started asking for extra charges of 1200 inr (half of total booking charges).. in one sentence "they loot the visitors"
