Worst experience ever! all the good reviews are fake i had booked a stay at fab hotel prime residency through the official fab app and made the full payment in advance. but when i reached the hotel, the receptionist told me that ac rooms were not available and insisted i take a non-ac room, which was never mentioned before. to make things worse, the staff pressured me over phone calls to pay again directly to them — a completely shady and unprofessional move. this hotel is misleading, unethical, and trying to cheat customers. i had to cancel my booking on the spot, and while i was told i would get a refund, i haven’t received it till now. fab hotels should immediately delist this property. this place is a scam and a complete waste of time and money. if you value your peace and safety, avoid this hotel at all costs.
