"we had pre-booked a deluxe room and arrived at the hotel at 1 am. however, the staff was not supportive at all. they provided us with a dirty room where we couldn't even stay. the room did not match the pictures shown during booking. as we did not stay there, we request a refund of our payment. kindly take appropriate action to prevent such incidents in the future."

I stayed at a hotel located in a society area of sector 51, and while it was decent, i wouldn't say it was excellent. the rooms were alright, but not up to the mark. one major issue was the lack of nearby convenience; there are no general shops or restaurants around, so be sure to carry your own water and snacks. the hotel only provides ro water in bisleri bottles, which feels a bit limiting. the condition of the room was disappointing as well — the pillows were torn, and the bedsheets had visible stains. even after bringing this to their attention, they didn’t bother to change them, which was frustrating. overall, it’s an okay place for a quick stay, but i wouldn’t recommend it for a longer visit or for those looking for cleanliness and convenience.
