2 AverageFood is pathetic as kitchen staff behaviour is not good, i received burnt food but no one helped as i complaint on same time. front office person are good but please never ever order food from kitchen as totally money wasted. as compared to price and pictures on fab hotel is not same, people were getting rooms in cheap rates by walk-in directly. as worthless!!Ekansh Chandani, 28 Sep

5 FabulousThe room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.Nirmala, 11 May

5 FabulousVery well maintained hotel and rooms. all the staff were very friendly and courteous. we arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. this was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.Mobin, 4 May
