1 AverageAbsolutely horrendous experience – avoid at all costs! i don’t normally write reviews, but this place was so appalling i feel obligated to warn others. from the moment i arrived, i regretted booking this homestay. the location is in the middle of nowhere, down a poorly maintained dirt road with no signs – it felt like i was being lured into a horror movie set. the room was a complete disaster. cracked walls, stained sheets, and a bed that felt like it had been salvaged from a junkyard. there were no proper curtains, just some dingy piece of cloth barely covering the window. hygiene was nonexistent. the bathroom reeked of mold and sewage, with hair in the drain and grime on every surface. towels looked like they had been used and never washed. i wouldn’t even walk barefoot inside – it was that filthy. the service was just as pathetic. the staff was rude, dismissive, and acted like guests were a nuisance. there was no sense of hospitality, no willingness to help, and absolutely no professionalism. honestly, staying here felt more like punishment than a vacation. do yourself a favor: stay literally anywhere else at even lesser cost. this place should be shut down.Abhay Sharma, 28 May

2 AverageIts just a calm and cool place. rest all are for name sake. poor hygiene at room and bathroom. hot water was there. no filter water for drinking.lights are switched off at surroundings during night time. no security.it was noisy as their staff and family cook food at near by kitchen.complimentary breakfast was average. they suggest to get food stuff online for lunch and dinner.road to the property is at worst condition. no restaurant or kitchen facilities other than breakfast.we couldn't find a proper responsible person in the property.in short, its an old property with poorly maintained and lost its soul.Teedees Official, 26 May

2 AverageVery pathetic service. even the rooms are not upto the mark and the property is nothing as shown in the images. it doesn't even has stret lights or normal lights around the stay, had to use torch light to roam around. the road leading to this property is very dangerous and has potholes everywhere. it says 3-star hotel but there was no toothbrush, no toothpaste. only the scenic beauty is worth seeing otherwise it has nothing.Shalu Sunny, 23 May

1 AverageNot recommended! you will get better stay in ooty at a cheaper price. they have: 1) 3 dogs that shit on the small lawn area, 2) smelly blankets, 3) smelly washrooms, 4) no extra blanket available, 5) no dinner/lunch (they ask to order online and do not provide any reference of any good restaurants)only idli for breakfast, 6) no security and all lights off at night, no room service, 7) ground drinking water, which is not filtered, 8) road is too bad, very steep. we reached at 10.30 and they charged us 500 extra as checkin time was 11am. i was not well as had vomited on the way and when we asked them to get some packed water, they denied and gave ground water. they do not even have water filter. very poor hospitality, they do not care if you are having a good stay, let be a pleasant one.Mugdha Yadav, 12 Apr

3 GoodAwesome property. uphill, great natural view. cool calm serene. property full of flora and fauna, well maintained. only drawback is worst road condition from down to the hotel. each and everytime you need to go down and return by walk only. otherwise, you need to call a auto/cab which is costly and not a good choice. if you want only to stay amidst nature for a leisure holiday, than blindly you can opt for this hotelKalyan Bhattacharya, 12 Feb
