1) the attitude of the receptionist can be improved substantially
2) the quality of room, toilets and bed sheets can be improved improved substantially
3) a room which charges rs 10000 can provide better service and facilities
4) at current situation, one will take room in this hotel only in an inevitable situation

1. rooms are pathetic, needs improvement in all aspects.
2. a hotel that charges 10k per night is expected to have a decent service and amenities. both are lacking here.
3. this would be a last option to stay in my list if i ever have to visit prayagraj.

Very bad and poor experience. we had booked 5 rooms but we get 2 rooms and 3 rooms after 2 hours . and they don't have food in their kitchen. there is a lift that is not working properly 2 children also stuck in it . very bad staff.there are too many problems . bathroom are very bad and unhygienic . rooms are also very bad and unhygienic. beds are also very bad . i recommend to not go in this bad hotel

Visited this place last week. we had booked two rooms. adjecent to one room there was bedsheets storage and foul smell coming out and the door was open in the night so we requested to at least close the door but nobody cared. the room had two doors, one door and window was shut from outside. pathetic. never ever would want to visit again. actually we accomodated 4 people in another room . that room also had mosquitoes and houseflies. this hotel should be downgraded for sure.

Such a worst experience at fav hotels
my family got harassed lime anything eventhough wr had paid advance
they didn't get any room over there reason being payment not done but we had paid for the day 7100/-.
we called customer care - no solution - the hotel was sold out - and we are surprised how this could be when we had paid the amount.
we spoke so many times- the ever worst service we received from the property.
we had asked customer care for full refund which he confirmed to initiate.
pls ensure refund of rs. 7100/- by 10 am today.

my family got harassed @ 3 am in the morning and after debating for an hour or so they had to leave the hotel in search of anoher hotel at such a odd time.
my refund must be received by 10 am today.

So it was a two day stay at this hotel. i will speak about the things that went wrong at this hotel. 1- we had paid for the breakfast during the booking of the room online. on day 1 - we got 2 breads and a cup of tea for breakfast. on day 2- despite requesting so many times (8am onwards till 9:45 am) - no breakfast received. and they finally said - madam aap baahar se breakfast mangwa lijiye. this was when we had already told them that we had a flight to catch and wanted to leave by 10am.
2. by mistake we left our two steel forks with the food plate on day 1. we requested them again and again to return them, they refused.
3. every hotel has a complimentary waterbottle per person per day. here, for 2 days they charged us for 4 bottles of water that we got. and the more shocking ending was - mrp rs 20, and they charged rs 30.
also, they refused to give us a pakka bill for it. when we tried arguing, they refused to listen.
4. the final bill that was given to us ( again nothing pakka, just a hand written paper in a rough notebook) - included the food items taken by customers in other rooms as well!!! when we pointed this out to them, initially they started fighting that by mistake they had written other room numbers in our bill, but finally on insisting that we didn’t have - the maggi, poha etc written in the bill they finally agreed to remove them from it. but again - no pakka bill.
really a terrible experience at this hotel, very very disappointing. will never recommend.
