Worst rooms ever seen. we checked into the room and condom wrapper was lying on the floor....this is the level of their hygienic rooms....there was dust everywhere. no cleanliness....window in the washroom was open and there was no way to close it. pot was dirty and smelly. fabhotels crystal inn this is the name of the hotel please do not book this hotel. and do not trust the pics displayed on the site.

Unlike the reputation of fabhotels, crystal inn was a filthy trash. it was like staying in a garbage bag. the receptionist never responded in my one night's stay for cleaning the room. yes, i arrived 4 hours late, still the room was uncleaned. there was stain everywhere on the table from last guest's dinner maybe. the bedsheet or pillow cover was not changed. there was dirt and hair all over. the floor was filled with shoe prints from previous guests and dust. the bathroom was smelling like pee and the commode still had stains of poop. the mirrors were all rustic. i'm not sure how else to demean a guest! thanks fabhotels. never again...!

I have been regular to this property and excellent property. very well trained and friendly staff. sparkling clean hotel. excellent food and room service is quick. room size is big with big toilet and shower area.

Cockroaches all over the room and bathroom. no running water. dirty linen with hairs. couples visiting on an hourly basis. shady hotel.
