The staff's behavior is very rude, the tap is not working, and there's an issue with hot water. i booked a room with breakfast, but they are not responding properly and have not provided breakfast to us.

The worst hotel i have ever stayed, there is no reception. if you arrive late night they don’t even open the main door. no breakfast counter, beds & pillows were very bad condition. it’s not a hotel at all!!
