1 AveragePathetic , lots of power cuts , no proper power back up , no proper food or water arrangements , dirty bed and pillows , no proper ventilation of rooms , moisture (seelan) in room , foul smell in room , lots of mosquitos in room , stayed there for hardly couple of hours . they charged 400 early check in and i left the room in a couple of hours due to bad experience and bad customer service and still they charged me for full day and even early check in . totally shameless staff. i will never recommend anyone to go for thisGurpreet Singh, 5 May

5 FabulousThe room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.Nirmala, 6 May

2 AverageRating: 2/5 my experience at the hotel was disappointing. the rooms were not clean, and the bedsheets looked very old and unpleasant. the water system was not functioning properly, making the stay uncomfortable. overall cleanliness was poor, and to add to it, the hotel staff was unresponsive to our concerns. definitely needs major improvements.Rupa Dalvi, 26 Apr
