Big comfortable room in silence . exelent and carry staff. i feel like home. thanks

Stayed with family for a week. rooms were spacious neat and clean. room service was good,24hrs hot water available. lots of restaurants near by. approximately 10 mts from contentment railway station. commercial locations with lots of shops hence crowded. all together it was a pleasant stay and definitely recommended

Staff was very friendly and bent over backwards to help in any way.

Very courteous behaviour of the staff, cleanliness of the property, air-conditioning, overall feel good ambience.

Worst hotel experience i’ve had in india so far (and it’s my third time in india)! the location is nice, but everything else was a disaster!! where to start? the guy at the reception wanted “extra service fees” (1000 rupies) just for checking us in early. when we said we’d rather wait than pay so much, he wanted us to leave the lobby right away! never met such un unfriendly indian person anywhere else! when we finally came back to check in, the lady told us right way that we should rather upgrade — it’s all about the money in this place! however, she was right: the first room they showed us was completely moldy (we told them to fix it, but you could tell from their reaction that they will not do it), the second one smelled like cigarettes. the third one was okay (except for dark hair on the bed sheets!). however, you need to be okay with noise as the doors don’t lock properly and you can hear everything that’s going on in the hallway and in the kitchens nearby. note that this hotel seems to be frequented almost entirely by muslims, as a person from the west this is something to get used to … would not ever come back! note to owner: i have no reason whatsoever to post a fake review here (and to write such a long text). this is just something a hotel guest should know about your place! and, no, there was definitely no wedding going on at the time of my stay!

We stayed in ttp for 15 days, great service by the all the staffs. worth for the price the serve staying here for luxury and quality stay.. every day they provide room cleaning and change beddings as per our request. easy access for frazer town and shopping areas..
