1 AverageWorst of the worst experience. when i entered the room first it was totally messed up. i had to call the staff to clean the room, till then i had to wait outside the room. the washroom was sooo unclean and the floors were cracked. you’ll see cockroaches literally roaming around. disgusting. another thing was while booking the hotel i was told that there was complementary breakfast but i had call them 3 times for the breakfast but couldn’t receive it on time and i had to rush for my doctor’s appointment. i have been to many places and this was the worst experience in case of hotel.Tory Mostafa, 15 Sep

1 AverageOne of the worst hotel i have stayed. i have stayed in fab hotels in other locations no issue at all. but this is pathetic. absolutely no way run a hotel from this brand. in label it is fab hotel but run by some one else.they take booking from oyo also. i checked oyo website also after this incident, their website is having same hotel with oyo board. don't cheat the customer like thisJagan Gopi, 13 Sep

1 AverageCracked flooring, stinky bathroom, and worst of all unclean and stained bed sheets. absolute waste of money. mind you they rate themselves as 3 star hotel and charge accordingly.so absolute waste of money had to ask for numerous replacements of sheets with all of them stained. finally had to settle for something as we had paid for the stay. staff are responsive but are clueless about cleanliness. all in all would not recommend this place. toilet maintenance not done properly even after repeated request we couldn’t get a stain free commode. frustrating to give instructions to staff on how to do their job. definitely not for family and are sensitive to cleanliness and ventilation. the ac duct outlet has been left into bathroom, this continuously keeps sending the water. rusted shower overhead. overall bad.Vidyageeth Chakravarthy, 19 May
