This was one of the most pathetic experience to stay. i wont book fabhotels in future as there was no electricity and no ac worked for my rooms. but the guests who were paying directly at hotels were able to have electricity and acs working in their rooms. the punishment was due to paying in advance. moreover, fabhotels customer care didnt had any option to discuss with any executive. i would have opt for a full refund.

Lovely hotel and staff. we had dinner over here and it was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff. room was clean with the essentials. hotel central, everything we needed for a short visit to haridwar.
