1 AverageGot it! here's a professional yet firm review you can use: --- terrible experience not recommended i recently stayed at [hotel name], and it was a very disappointing experience. the cleanliness was extremely poorrooms were not properly maintained, and the bathroom and toilet were in an unhygienic condition. the service was also subpar, with unresponsive staff and a lack of basic hospitality. overall, this hotel does not meet even the minimum standards of comfort and hygiene. i would not recommend staying here unless they seriously improve their maintenance and service. --- you can modify it based on your exact experience. if you want a stronger or more detailed review, let me know!Rakesh ., 8 Mar

3 GoodHotel is situated at the prime location of banjara hills. rooms are fine but maintenance needs to be improved. service is absolutely poor. i requested the reception to provide extra water bottles. waited for more than 1 hour. they could have blatantly rejected. unfortunately they were buying time and finally no one turned up because they were busy. i believe everyone is ok with it. paying 2000 plus for a night and waiting helplessly for service is irony at it's peak.Arjhun Srinivasan, 25 Feb
