1 AverageVery bad service couldnot even give water bottles on time have to ask for everytime. even on last day we didn't get any bottles and i didn't want to ask for it again so we left. they didn't even mention breakfast timing and if we need to go or will provide room service and we went for breakfast late the first day. second day my child was having health issues and while going for breakfast health deteriorated so had to come back to room but upon knowing the situation too they didn't offer breakfast in room and while i asked if they could bring breakfast they denied and we didn't have the breakfast that day which we paid too.Sumit Satapathy, 9 Jun

1 AverageAfter booking they demand extra payment i have 2 rooms booking with make my trip but after reaching hotel staff tell me only 1 room available if you want 2 room you have to pay extra after so many discussions they give me room after they take extra amount for child i already booked 2 rooms with 2 child but again again demand extra money my guest reached hotel night 12 o'clock after long discussion i give them extra money for child cheater hotel i never book this hotel againKappithanparambil Saseendran Sajimon, 23 Jun

5 FabulousNice place of stay with clean and hygienic premises. a choice to consider if u staying mumbai walkable distance to kurla station. drawbacks - unclean surroundings, lack of availability of vegetarian food. here they have a external catering source for complimentary breakfast which i haven't tried. i opted for zomato.Krishna, 7 Jun

5 FabulousOne of the receptionist her name starts from l ( i font know her full ne she was very rude extremely rude and insulted us like anything asking too many personal questions also she told me i can leave the hotel and take my money back , she shouted like anything on us telling that she has full right to ssk anything becasuse of her my experience got very bad and i left hotel one day before yesterday because the aura atmosphere she created for us insulting shouting screaming was unexpectable in front of all other peopleSawlani Shraddha, 25 May

4 Very GoodThis place is ideal for a stay with two people. the rooms are clean, neat, and well-maintained. however, they are a bit compact for three guests (especially if traveling with a child over 3 years old). occasionally, there was a drainage smell, which could be improved. the location is excellent right on the main road, very close to the visa office and jio world centre. the standout feature is the friendly and supportive reception and staff, who made the stay comfortable.Sagar Dalvi ., 25 May
