    We were initially shown one room but then given a different, inferior room with the promise that the original room would be available after an hour due to repairs. however, after waiting four hours, we were told the promised room had been given to someone else and we had to stay in the worse one

    The stay at the hotel have been great. the rooms are clean, service is fast and compared to other establishments, there is no issue in reaching the place via cab or foot.

    Visited last year, things need to note & places of improvement. #you have to tell at reception to turn on ac & geyser. you can't control by yourself. bed very soft, spine pain in 1 sleep. suggestion to owner- change to mid-firm or orthopedic mattress. overall service not prompt. scarcity of drinking water. suggestion to owner- need regular cleaning, not only the floor. regular maintainance, specially electrical, & bathroom fittings, use simple fittings instead of fancy looking mixer. **sink was hanging, prone to accident,**electricals were scary at places.

    The room is not as shown in fab app or website. the service is not good too. there were hair follicles on the linen and bed. we had to request room service during check in as well. the chairs were all dusty and misty. tv and wifi doesnt work too.

    You have overcharged. booking.com showed property for 3200 inr and you charged 3467. on top of that, first payment of 1111 inr made by credit card but you consider only 994 inr. here also you have overcharged. pathetic..
