1 AverageVery bad experience i booked hotel room from morning 6.30 am with extra money for early check in but the person slipping into hotel was denied to give room and hotel person literally kick me my wife out of hotel and sayings very very bad words to fab after two hours search we check in another hotel it was very horrible experience about imperia hotel i request fab not recommend imperia hotel person in imperia hotel are very oragant sence less inhuman behaviour,three four times i called to fab but they're saying only sorry nothing is done from fab i would say this was my very very bad and unpleasant stay in my life worst class hotel service, they even don't provide you the bill, i was asked to call customer care several times for not rectifying my complaint, there is some madam and she will never help you after you complete your booking and she will tell you to call customer care every time, customer care number will go on busy for 5 minutes then only there will be person to talk to you and that person only will register your complaint but not rectify that. …Pramod Zalte, 11 Apr

5 FabulousI had a fantastic stay at imperio. the rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. it’s a budget hotel with complimentary breakfast and laundry facilities. while there's no restaurant on-site, there are plenty of good dining options nearby. i’d definitely give it five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Foodie Anna- Let The Flavors Speak, 17 Apr

1 AverageI went to pune 2 years ago and the hotel is absolutely disgusting and rooms are not clean. the workers are not efficient and don't provide necessary stuff on time like towels and water bottles. but location was good. they should take these feedbacks and improve their service. i still can't forget about this hotel until now.Check Mate, 28 Mar

1 AverageThis a worst option for stay even for a night. i was traveling alone and stayed only a night. the rooms are very small and the washrooms are worst. and the staff is horrible. the front desk staff especially. they demanded extra money when an associate of mine visited in the morning for a few hours who was also a female to be precise as i am a female as well. they literally demanded more money in worst possible tone.Leena, 8 Mar
