I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay at this hotel. basic amenities were either missing or poorly managed. there wasn’t even an empty cup available in the room—only a cheap plastic glass was provided for drinking water. the electric kettle was not available initially and was given after repeated requests. the so-called complimentary breakfast was extremely limited in quantity and variety. to top it off, the tea served was barely 50 ml—definitely not what you expect from any decent hospitality service. the room was also unhygienic and uncomfortable. it had a strong cigarette smoke smell, and there were several mosquitoes in the room, making it hard to sleep. i do not recommend this hotel and suggest looking for better alternatives if you value comfort and basic hospitality.
