Terrible experience – avoid this hotel! this was my worst hotel stay ever. when i booked, it was clearly agreed that we would get three beds, and i even had it in writing. but when we arrived, they denied everything and refused to provide the extra bed. since it was late at night, finding another hotel was not possible, and they took full advantage of the situation. the staff was rude and unhelpful, and the management showed no honesty or care. even parking was not sufficient and there was chaos between guests for parking. i would never recommend this hotel. only stay here if you have no other option.

Very well maintained hotel and rooms. all the staff were very friendly and courteous. we arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. this was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.
