"The worst experience I ever had with a FabHotel. The lure of saving some money ~500, cost me a lot more. Location is pretty bad in front of the hotel. Shanties line the streets as its an underdeveloped area. Which is okay imo, people gotta stay somewhere; however ladies might feel unsafe. It is near Indiranagar, and SV Bus station along with 2 metro stations nearby. Thats where the good ends. No person at reception & no professionalism seen by the Manager. I was sweating while trying to find a person to checkin; which took around 20 mins. The whole interaction was stressful and the manager was very rude, condescending and unhelpful. At the very least, rooms have working AC, and fan. Now comes the worst part of the stay or whatever you might call it. The room had a horrible pungent smell which made me nauseous. When I switched on the lights, the sheets had dirt, hair and what not. Probably unclean, and recently used. The towel had dirty brown stains. When I picked it up, there were more grizzly dirty stains on the sheets, and the very thin bed linen. The mattress was squeaky as well. The walls were dirty, with stains of dripping liquids & gutkha, along with peeled out paint. Some sections were covered with dried out sticky stuff on the walls, and the headboard of the bed. I was so disappointed, that I just left after an hour of introspection. Booked my regular place which cost me 600 more than what I paid for this place. Meaning, it cost me double at the end of the day. Not at all a place for someone whos hygiene conscious."

"A great staying experience in a homely environment. We get a room in an apartment of two rooms with a common living room and kitchen. The entire apartment was clean and tid and it was cozy too. The location is good for Horamavu and nearby places . In 10 min you have an entire street of eateries. The management should take a note of keeping at least bottles of water inside the rooms . We had to always go to kitchen to get water in glasses. Overall a pleasant stay."

"This hotel is completely waste ,firstly the service boys doesn’t respond properly , nearby hotel you can’t find any shops (atleast for 1/2 km), wifi network doesn’t work properly (no connection),they mentioned 24hr hot water service but damn they don’t have such facilities. On top of this there is no carpets provided (atleast not even near bathrooms to wipe our wet legs)"

"Almost there was no room service. Even tea was seldom available under pretext of no milk, no cash etc etc. Room had no electric kettle. No mosquitoes repellants machines like Allout etc. No hand towel. No bed tea facility even on payment basis. Staff behaviour was apathetic. Only one staff named Raju was considerate and bears good behaviour. Good hotel at a very good location provided room service and tea snacks are made available on demand."

"We had a very good stay here for 2 days. The rooms were clean. And they have a good common living room and balcony. The only thing with the balcony is that the outer wall is a little too short. Would the management increases the height of that. Wifi was good as well."

"Another fab Location however not maintained upto the mark !! Toilet was in a dirty condition and I had to teach the house keeping person how to clean it!! TV wasn't working! Too noisy place!! I was woken up at around 3am by a food delivery person who rang the door bell where I was staying with my family (wife and son) and when I opened the door the delivery person said that he rang the wrong door bell !!!!!!!! Spoiled our sleep!! It didn't stop there, guests living in neighbouring rooms were too noisy ( screaming loud/partying). I heard huge noises from the room above ours as though they were dropping everything on the floor on purpose and breaking it!! TV didn't work and I was told at the reception that the dish TV recharge was ended and they cannot recharge it untill the day I checked out!! Lastly, I had a paramount struggle to move my car out from the parking area as other cars were parked incorrectly or not guided by the incharge to park them in a proper manner which caused a damage in my cars front bumper!! Overall a very bad experience which can be made better if the incharge/mangers are trained better !!"
