I had an amazing experience at FabHotels Aravali Suites, and what truly made my stay special was the outstanding staff behaviour. Every team member was polite, respectful, and genuinely welcoming. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone ensured that I felt comfortable and well taken care of. The staff was always prompt in responding to requests and handled everything with professionalism and a positive attitude. Their warm hospitality and helpful nature created a very pleasant and homely atmosphere throughout my stay. It’s rare to find such consistently courteous service — the team here truly understands what great hospitality means. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stay where service and guest experience are a top priority! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

All good except the bathroom door was getting locked (jammed). parking was outside premises ,looks little risky

Dirty water supply in the entire washroom & no one cared about keeping common things in the washroom for my long stay.In a busy business trip, people don't even get time to talk much with hotel staff, common thinghs should be managed by them properly

Worst ❌❌❌ hotel experience ever. Just because I booked the room online through FabHotel and called using the FabHotel number, the staff was extremely rude from the start. They demanded extra money for early check-in; otherwise, they asked me to sit outside for 2 hours. Shockingly, the staff even asked me to lie if anyone asked whether I was staying at their hotel. This is completely unethical and unacceptable behavior. When I finally got the room, it was in terrible condition—messy, walls torn, and water spilled everywhere. The room looked nothing like the photos shown online. Basic cleanliness and maintenance were clearly ignored. This hotel has zero professionalism and only focuses on extracting more money from guests. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this place.

It was worst experience. It is not hotel, It is PG or Guest house. Unskilled and unprofessional staff. Fan and intercom phone not working. Breakfast and water not getting served on time. Complete waste of money. Visit properly before booking online.

My stay was extremely disappointing. The AC wasn't working when I checked in, and even after requesting maintenance, it made an unbearable noise—like being outside a flying airplane. I also discovered 2-3 bed bugs, and the room was far from hygienic overall.

I stayed here for 2 nights only because it was close to my office, but the experience was disappointing. The room was spacious but dirty, pillows had no covers, and I even spotted a cockroach on the bed at night. The washroom was poorly maintained - broken toilet seat, shower tap came off, and I was given shampoo instead of body wash. Towels were damp with a strange odor (thankfully I carried my own). Even basic amenities like toothpaste required an argument despite me agreeing to pay. Overall, a very uncomfortable stay - I would not recommend this hotel.

The rooms were dirty. There were mini cockroaches in the room. And also the staff behaviour is not at all good. The lock of room were not okay. Not recommended to anybody. Better go for OTHER option in same area.

Absolutely Disgusted – Do NOT Stay Here! Racist, Unprofessional, and Worst Service Ever! I had one of the most horrifying hotel experiences of my life at FabHotel Rivlet. We made a confirmed reservation and fully paid in advance. But the moment we arrived at the property, we were refused a room purely because we are from Nepal. Yes, you read that right – outright racism. There was no such restriction mentioned anywhere online, and they never reached out to inform us in advance. They happily took our money, waited until we arrived, and then denied us entry only after seeing our passports. Their staff was unapologetic, rude, and made no effort to resolve the situation. The management was equally pathetic – arrogant, unhelpful, and showed zero professionalism. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. Discriminating against guests based on nationality is not just unethical, it’s disgusting. We were left stranded despite having a valid booking. Not only was our time and money wasted, but we also had to deal with the emotional stress of being treated like this in a foreign place. I strongly urge everyone to avoid this place. If you value decency, respect, and basic human dignity, do NOT stay at FabHotel Rivlet. They don’t deserve your money or trust.
