Good
Rooms are good, property location is also very good. But the staff is very non cooperative. I had to get down to the reception area to collect food because they denied the delivery person to the room and they also didn't deliver the food to the room. I had to wait for like 15 mins before checkin when the booking was already upgraded due to closure of the property booked earlier. There is no sync and update on portal whether the property is open or not. Dwarka and Mahipalpur properties are almost closed due to licensing issues and the portal has no update regarding this. So please call the property after booking.
A Disappointing Stay at Rallkmas I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Rallkmas, and I must say it was quite disappointing. From the moment I arrived, things were not up to the mark, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Location – Hard to Find One of the first issues I encountered was the location of the hotel. It was extremely difficult to find, as there were barely any visible signboards or directions. Even with navigation, I had to ask multiple people to finally locate the place. A well-known hotel should have better signage and visibility to make it easier for guests. Rooms – Below Expectations The rooms were far from what I expected. The wallpapers were peeling off, making the entire space look unkempt. The bed was not properly cleaned, and the furniture looked like something out of an old, abandoned motel. The overall ambience of the room felt cheap, and I was quite uncomfortable throughout my stay. For the price paid, I expected at least basic cleanliness and decent furnishings, but this was clearly not the case. Service – Poor Assistance One of the most frustrating parts of my stay was the lack of good service. It was incredibly difficult to get any assistance from the staff. Whether it was requesting basic amenities or asking for help, the response was either delayed or completely ignored. A hotel should always prioritize hospitality, but it seemed like customer satisfaction was the least of their concerns. Food – Tasteless and Overpriced If the stay and service were bad, the food was even worse. The meals were completely lacking in taste and felt bland and uninspired. To make things worse, the prices were unreasonably high for the poor quality of food being served. I expected at least a decent dining experience, but this was another area where Rallkmas failed terribly.
worst hotel, worst rooms, worst service, worst staff

Bad Quality Bedsheet n Bed Mosquitos All Night Sofa bad Quality AC Not Working Properly Towels not Clean Proper Smelling Rooms
Dont book hotel through Fabhotel site or thorough customer care. Definitely you will loose your money. One more thing in Gurugram don't book hotels via booking.com, agaoda ,etc.,. When you are going to check-in that time only you will realize that they won't consider online bookings..
If you are international tourists, do not book. Me and my partner found Fabhotel through both booking.com and Agoda. We made a booking through Agoda after reading numerous glowing reviews. Upon trying to check-in, the staff advised that they could not check us in as we were international tourists. We had already paid for our booking through Agoda and did not understand why they were advertised on hotel booking platforms if foreigners are not allowed to stay at the hotel. They offered to have us stay at another one of their hotels nearby and insisted that we look at the rooms there. We had a look at the rooms and they were clearly not the room or quality that we booked and paid for. There were non-washed stains on the bed sheets, hairs underneath the pillows, no modern aircon unit and the shower did not work with no hot water. We tried to communicate these issues to the staff and request for a discount/refund as the quality of this hotel was not what we paid for. They advised that they would not give us any refund. When we mentioned the number of issues including the bathroom issue, they suggested that we take a bath with the buckets using the cold water. We were there for over 2.5 hours to sort a resolution and in the end left the hotel. We had no other option but to leave and find a different hotel due to this bad experience. Just repeating again, do not book at this place if you are an international tourist. We had a terrible experience and hope that others do not encounter such a bad experience.
